Meet the Advocate
21-year-old Harmony Guinn is a child advocate, psychology student, and the mind behind The Advocate’s Brain.
Harmony’s mission is to bridge psychology, law, and lived experience to protect vulnerable children and transform the institutions that should serve them.
She’s currently pursuing her degree in Psychology with a concentration in Child and Adolescent Development at Southern New Hampshire University.
Through research, storytelling, and advocacy, she’s building more than a platform — she’s building a movement.
She’s a military spouse with two dogs, one cat, and an unhealthy relationship with energy drinks. Gen Z. Sagittarius. Phone always in hand. Politically? Left-leaning (yes, she believes in human rights).
She watches too many true crime documentaries and pulls more late-nighters than she should. Her FBI agent probably thinks she’s training for a career in criminal profiling.
But truthfully, she’d sacrifice sleep any day if it means learning how to better protect those most vulnerable.
She created The Advocate’s Brain to turn lived experience into lasting change — and to bring visibility to those who were overlooked for too long.
